Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Store Director in Indiana to lead the store’s operation and team to deliver a superior shopping experience. You will ensure fiscal responsibility, drive productivity, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding our leadership expectations and core values.

You will mentor leaders, staff the store appropriately, comply with safety and regulatory procedures, and cultivate strong community partnerships to support the Meijer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership with General Merchandise and Grocery/Fresh experience preferred.
• Experience leading retail/service operations with $40M minimum in annual sales revenue.
• Ability to receive and maintain licenses required for the store's operations.
• Position may require lifting, carrying and other physical acts.
