Job summary

Bloom MT, Montana's leading cannabis company, is seeking a Store Director (Creative Design) to lead a dispensary, drive revenue, and uphold impeccable compliance.

You'll manage staff, optimize operations, monitor inventory, and coach teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role also offers a profit-sharing bonus opportunity and the chance to own store success through performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to create a high-performing team. Oversee staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage during all operating hours. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state regulations regarding cannabis sales.
• Monitor daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory control processes are followed. Oversee the handling of cash and credit card transactions, ensuring adherence to secure cash management procedures. Stay current on state and local cannabis laws and ensure store compliance with all regulations. Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or operational challenges.
• Foster a welcoming and professional environment for customers and employees. Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Ensure that all staff deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. Educate customers about products and responsible use of cannabis products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed store targets. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
