Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Director of Retail to lead our Boutique Management Team across North America. You will drive world-class client experiences, build loyal client relationships and ensure an optimal balance of sales and service with the right people in the right places.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and champion employee growth and a premium customer journey within a high-performance culture.

THE TEAM

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through inspirational leadership and robust partnership with cross-functional partners. THE ROLE

As the Director, Retail you will lead the team to:

• Sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time
• Seamlessly own or escape the invisible details that enable an exceptional shopping experience
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Boutique Director has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
