Ferragamo USA Inc. is seeking a Store Director for our Bal Harbour, FL location. You will lead the luxury client experience, shaping storytelling, listening to client needs, and empowering your team with autonomy to deliver excellence while maintaining Ferragamo standards.

You will coach and develop staff, drive CRM initiatives, and foster a customer-centric culture across the store in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient English language skills; second language preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; read/write/interpret docs; communicate with customers, peers and management; phone etiquette.
  • Able to multi-task, attentive to customers, flexible, team player, initiative independent of supervision.

The part you will play
We are currently looking for a Store Director for our location in Bal Harbour

The Store Director will be passionate about the client experience with in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients. Lead the team in communicating and storytelling with conviction, mastering the ability to listen and ask the right questions, acting and thinking first of the employee and client relationship. Empower your team with autonomy to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm for a positive team spirit.

  • Coach the growth and development of the teamin providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures, etc.)

  • Design, lead, and drive store strategyto achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires andcreating a hand-crafted 360°experience for the client
  • Lead and coach the team to transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand-crafted experience

  • Keep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals
  • Clearly understand company set KPI's and exhibits the ability to identify strategies to enhance performance standards
