Job summary

Scheels is seeking a Store Development Retail Planner to lead fixture and shop development for existing stores and remodels. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, use AutoCAD for planning, and coordinate with vendors to maintain product standards.

The role requires strong budgeting and scheduling abilities, plus travel to stores and sites. A related associate degree and 2–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Leadership and Scheels experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail; AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate teams, line leaders, campus groups, contractors, and architects on store development and remodels.
• Manage fixture design, development, and space planning using AutoCAD.
• Serve as the primary liaison to fixture manufacturers and vendors; meet with suppliers to learn about trends.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and execution plans; ensure timely completion.
