Job summary

Foot Locker's WSS division seeks a Store Design Manager to lead the creative and technical development of store environments for new builds, remodels, and special projects. • 5+ years of experience in retail store design.

Responsibilities

• Store Design & Concept Development: Create and evolve store design concepts reflecting the WSS brand identity and customer experience goals.
• Project Management & Execution: Produce and manage design documentation; collaborate with Construction, Real Estate, Merchandising, and Operations.
• Vendor & Fixture Coordination: Work with manufacturers and vendors to develop cost‑effective solutions; maintain design standards and materials palettes.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandising and Real Estate; present design concepts and updates to leadership.
