Michael Kors is seeking a Store Design Coordinator to support the Store Design team in designing new stores, preparing presentations, and researching finish materials. You will coordinate with consultants and vendors and assist in assembling the Global Store Design Fixture Book and related schedules.
Ideal candidates have Architecture or Interior Design experience, 0-3 years, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Support the Store Design team in the process of designing new stores and shops, preparing presentations, and conducting research. Manage and coordinate with consultants and vendors. They include, but are not limited to, production architects, renderers, and millwork vendors. Manage the design and assembly of the Global Store Design Fixture Book, Material Schedule, and Store Design Manual. Maintain the Store Design CAD block library. On a continual basis, research and source alternative finish materials, millwork and store design options that will yield cost savings. Help with the upkeep of the material library and make sure all samples are update and in stock. Participate in the collaborative design of new fixtures and store models. Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can adversely impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects.
Architecture or Interior Design Experience. 0-3 years professional experience. Retail architecture/interiors experience preferred AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office Suite proficiency required

Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.
Compensation Range: 65,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD
