What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers, developing strong relationships
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stock management, and check inventory
3. Prioritize safety in driving and delivery tasks
4. Act as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions
5. Build long-term customer relationships
6. Maintain the delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure)
7. Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, and stand/walk for entire shifts while lifting up to 60 lbs
2. Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns properly
3. Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
6. Navigate using maps and directions throughout the metro area
7. Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
8. Valid Driver’s License
