What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop strong relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain inventory checks.
3. Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Represent the NAPA brand during customer interactions.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck according to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder, and stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns appropriately.
3. Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility with schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
