This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! If you enjoy being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day), this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with them.
2. Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring accurate stock and inventory maintenance.
3. Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries.
5. Building long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintaining the delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
7. Performing other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Ability to handle cash transactions correctly and process returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions throughout the metropolitan area.
7. Flexibility with schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
