What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain inventory checks.
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck, adhere to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, and stand/walk for entire shifts while lifting up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage part returns.
3. Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Navigate using maps and directions throughout the metro area.
7. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
