What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop strong relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain/check inventory levels.
3. Prioritize safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Represent the NAPA brand as you meet customers during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder, and stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and process returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear communication and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
