What You’ll Be Doing

1. Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with them.
2. Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring accurate stockroom inventory, and maintaining/checking inventory.
3. Focusing on safety while driving and delivering.
4. Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
5. Building long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintaining the store delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure).
7. Performing other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, and stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
