This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! If you enjoy being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day), this role is for you. Our Driver jobs are perfect for those who want to serve customers directly, explore other career opportunities within the company, or earn extra income. We welcome all interested candidates!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers, developing strong relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain/check inventory levels.
3. Focus on safety during driving and deliveries.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder when necessary, with the stamina to stand and walk throughout your shift, lifting up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system for all deliveries and pickups.
4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
