This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! If you enjoy being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day), this role is for you. Our Driver jobs are ideal for those who want to serve customers directly, explore other career paths within the company, or earn extra income. We welcome all applicants!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop strong customer relationships
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain/check inventory
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
5. Build long-term customer relationships
6. Maintain the delivery truck according to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure)
7. Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Need

• Ability to bend to shelves at floor level and reach upper shelves (up to 8 feet) with stool or ladder if needed; stamina to stand and walk for entire shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns properly
• Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
• Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to navigate using maps and directions throughout the metropolitan area
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Driver’s License
