What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver parts to customers and develop strong customer relationships
- Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stockroom inventory, and maintain/check inventory
- Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain the delivery truck according to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure)
- Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Need
- Ability to bend to shelves at floor level and reach upper shelves (up to 8 feet) with stool or ladder if needed; stamina to stand and walk for entire shift; ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns properly
- Maintain delivery logs or tracking systems
- Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to navigate using maps and directions throughout the metropolitan area
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
