What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintain/check inventory.
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by engaging with customers during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the store delivery truck, adhere to safety checklists, keep it clean, and perform basic maintenance (e.g., check tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand and walk all day, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions accurately and process returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Navigate using maps and directions across the metropolitan area.
7. Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
