Our Store Delivery Drivers are responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders safely and promptly. This role requires delivering excellent customer service, as at times, you may be the only NPW associate our customers see in person. Driver duties include, but are not limited to, loading and unloading product orders, stocking and storing warehouse inventory, and fulfilling purchase orders accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver merchandise to customers safely and on time.
• Ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing orders.
• Stock and pick parts for orders at the assigned location.
• Communicate concerns and job-related issues to dispatch or immediate supervisor.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record according to federal, state, and company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Minimum Class D driver's license.
• Ability to read and identify part numbers, both numeric and alphanumeric.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
