What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers and develop relationships with them.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stock room inventory, and maintain/check inventory.
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure).
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand and walk for long shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Navigate using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
