Job description

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! Does being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day) excite you? While it takes great people to serve our customers from the inside, our Driver jobs are for those who want to be outside serving our customers!

What you’ll be doing:

1. Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships.
2. Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining/checking inventory.
3. Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries.
5. Building long-term relationships with customers.
6. Maintaining the store delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure).
7. Performing other duties as needed.

What you’ll need:

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand, walk for entire shifts, and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions and core/part returns correctly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
