What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver parts to customers, developing relationships along the way.
2. Pick up parts from vendors, ensure accurate stocking, and maintain inventory.
3. Focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
4. Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
5. Build long-term customer relationships.
6. Maintain the delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping it clean, and performing basic maintenance.
7. Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Need

1. Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder when necessary. Stamina to stand and walk throughout your shift and lift up to 60 lbs.
2. Handle cash transactions correctly and manage returns properly.
3. Maintain a delivery log or tracking system.
4. Inspect and protect company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and personnel.
5. Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
6. Ability to navigate using maps and directions.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid Driver’s License.
