Job summary

Total Wine & More in College Station, TX is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and build a high‑performing sales and service culture. You will lead by example, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and coach team members to deliver best‑in‑class service.

Physical Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
• Lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50lbs. overhead repeatedly.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Compensation

Pay Range: $20.14 – $28.20 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
