Sherwin-Williams seeks a Customer Service Specialist in New Albany to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory. Candidates must be at least 18 and possess a valid driver's license. Experience in retail is preferred.
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #701823, located at: 5516 New Albany Rd. E, New Albany, OH 43054.
This is a full-time position with a hiring rate of $16.50/hr.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of its customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
