We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a Counter Sales Associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. You don’t need to be an expert in tearing down motors (though that’s a plus), but a solid background in automotive parts is essential.

What you will be doing:

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and engaging positively with customers
• Contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
