Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our store, helping customers with auto parts needs in person and over the phone.

You'll use your parts knowledge to assist customers and team members, process transactions using the POS system, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment. High-energy, customer-focused individuals thrive here.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
