We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be the face of our retail store, assisting customers with their automotive needs. Previous automotive knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone.
- Support team members with product knowledge and customer service.
- Provide excellent customer care and create positive shopping experiences.
- Engage with customers using technology and maintain store operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and automotive questions.
- Have experience in automotive or related tinkering/repair activities.
- Willing to learn automotive knowledge if not already known.

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in automotive or parts store preferred, but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
