We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down engines, but automotive parts knowledge is essential. This role offers opportunities whether you're seeking a long-term career, part-time work, or just starting out.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
2. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences.
4. Engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.
5. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership work.
• Experience with inventory or catalog systems.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
