We are more than just a Parts Store and are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. A background in automotive parts is preferred, but not mandatory if you're eager to learn.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Providing auto parts solutions and assistance to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
2. Using your parts knowledge to support other team members and answer customer questions.
3. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
4. Engaging with customers with energy and focus in a fast-paced environment.
5. Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

What You’ll Need

6. Good listening skills and empathy for customers.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries.
2. Experience with cataloging or inventory management systems.
3. Customer-centric attitude.
4. ASE Certifications are a plus.
