Job summary

FedEx Office in California is seeking a Store Consultant who delivers a positive customer experience, using consultative skills to anticipate needs and guide customers to the right FedEx Office products and services. You will take orders, provide pricing, and support printing, signs & graphics and shipping offerings.

This role requires standing during shifts, lifting up to 55 pounds, operating printing and shipping equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with printing, signs & graphics and shipping product lines and can recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes orders, coordinates activities in the store, and provides pricing information.
• Operates and maintains a wide variety of store equipment and processes customer orders efficiently.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS terminal and handles cash and change.
• Keeps the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and team members.
