Job summary

FedEx Office and Print Services is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience while advising on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions. You will take orders, provide pricing, coordinate store activities, and handle a production queue for complex projects.

You will operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment, assist customers, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment while following store procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized need
• Provides expert knowledge in printing, signs and graphics and shipping product lines and can recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping
• Sets up printing, binding, and other related equipment
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store
