Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to understand each customer’s needs and offer suitable FedEx Office products and services.
• Take orders, price items, and manage the production queue for printing, signs & graphics, and shipping.
• Operate and maintain equipment, wrap items for shipping, and prepare parcels for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked retail store environment.
• Process transactions at the POS and handle cash securely.
• Assist in training store team members and support store operations as needed.
