Job summary

FedEx Office in North Carolina is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience using consultative skills to anticipate needs and provide solutions across printing, signage, graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, offer pricing, and advise on FedEx Office products and services.

You will operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment, manage the production queue, assist with training, and keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized while following procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service and product recommendations.
• Take complex orders and provide pricing information accurately.
• Operate printing, binding, and shipping equipment and manage the production queue.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail store environment.
• Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal and handle cash.
