Qualifications

• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a positive customer experience by understanding individual needs and offering solutions.
• Takes orders, provides pricing, and recommends FedEx Office products and services.
• Operates printing, binding, and related equipment; handles shipping and packaging tasks.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment.
• Processes transactions at the POS and handles cash accurately.
• Stocks and maintains retail store equipment and supplies.
