FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience, advise on printing, signs and graphics, and shipping solutions. You will take orders, share pricing, and coordinate in-store activities while operating printing and packaging equipment.

The role requires handling customer needs with professionalism and accuracy. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of related experience, plus strong verbal and written communication skills to excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.

Responsabilités

• Understand each customer's needs with consultative guidance.
• Provide pricing and product information for printing, signs and graphics and shipping.
• Take complex orders using order systems and ensure accurate pricing.
• Operate printing, binding and related equipment with customer-provided media.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly FedEx Office store.
