• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers by explaining FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information.
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer supplied media and documents.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping and handles stocking of materials.
