You will take orders, share pricing, and coordinate in-store activities while handling print, signs & graphics, and shipping tasks.

You'll operate printing and packing equipment, manage production queues, and ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery for customers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized retail or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Takes orders, coordinates in-store activities and provides pricing information.
• Operates printing, binding and other related equipment using customer media.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized retail store environment.
• Processes financial transactions at POS and handles cash accurately.
• Assists customers by recommending FedEx Office products and services.
