Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience in retail or customer service.
• For current FedEx Office team members, transfer requirements as outlined in Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide consultative services to understand needs.
• Take orders and provide pricing and product information for print, signs, graphics, and shipping.
• Operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment; manage production queue and output.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Process financial transactions using a POS terminal and handle cash as needed.
