Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services.
• Operates and maintains a wide variety of equipment, moves boxes and equipment, stocks materials, and manages the production queue.
• Completes assigned tasks based on priority and ensures accurate pricing information is provided.
• Performs cash handling and POS transactions in a retail environment.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail store and adheres to standard operating procedures.
