Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience across print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, manage production queues, and operate equipment while keeping the store safe and organized.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of specialized experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. Training is provided; occasional heavy lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assist customers with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, provide pricing and product information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Operate and maintain printing, binding and shipping equipment.
• Move boxes, stock materials, manage production queue and output.
