Pets at Home is seeking a Store Colleague to be at the heart of our pet care centres, delivering outstanding customer service and helping run smooth store operations.

Availability requires working one weekday and every weekend, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and roles are permanent with contractual hours, not term-time or seasonal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with us. Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. we’re looking for individuals who can commit beyond short-term availability.

Availability is required to work one weekday and every weekend. Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 7:00AM - 7:30PM.

The Role:

As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
