You will drive sales by promoting customer satisfaction, supervise staffing, ensure product quality, manage service times, and uphold store standards through training and performance management.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Hires, trains and terminates crew to ensure adequate coverage.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales and profits.
• Monitors food costs and waste; enforces SOPs.
• Trains crew in new products and orientation; mentors future leaders.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety per policy; supports maintenance needs.
• Monitors service times and trains staff to improve customer experience.
• Ensures cash, product and equipment security during shifts.
