• Manages costs by monitoring crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
• Trains crew and terminates as needed to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains crew in customer courtesy and service times.
• Takes corrective action to improve service times and quality.
• Monitors inventory levels and maintains store cleanliness.
• Follows procedures outlined in the Operations manual and health/safety guidelines.
• Wears and maintains standing leadership responsibilities across shifts.
