Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Wetumpka, AL to support the General Manager by coaching the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued.

This role focuses on identifying 5 Star Talent and placing the right people at the right time through effective scheduling, while overseeing daily operations and training under the General Manager.

As a franchise opportunity, compensation and benefits are set by the individual franchisee.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations.
• At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team and create a respectful, inviting work environment.
• Identify top talent and schedule the right people at the right times.
• Support daily operations and staff under the General Manager.
• Drive sales, profits, food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train team members and complete administrative tasks as required.
