Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of progressive supermarket management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience implementing merchandising and weekly sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in executing merchandising programs and weekly sales plans.
• Drive guest satisfaction and front-end service excellence.
• Aim for budgeted financial results in the assigned area.
• Protect assets, manage shrink, and oversee inventory controls.
• Staff forecasting, recruitment, and development of hi-potential staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and audits.
• Communicate effectively with Store Manager and field teams.
