Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff and managing daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operation and overall performance of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Supervise, coach, and support employees to ensure productivity and standards.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure employees are trained and held accountable.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, and personnel responsibilities.
• Monitor sales, inventory, ordering, merchandising, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and financial records.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, and safely maintained.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, customer-focused environment.
