Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Order merchandise from warehouse or suppliers based on inventory levels and demand; rotate stock and conduct physical inventories.
• Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional service at checkout and process payments via cash, SNAP, or WIC cards.
• Stocking & Merchandising: Unpack and stock shelves to maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
• Store Maintenance: Keep counters, shelves, floors, and bathrooms clean for a safe, welcoming environment.
• Team Support: Assist store manager and teammates with duties to ensure smooth operations.

We are excited to announce our newest store in the Houston area and w e’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at our Texas City location (Zip: 77591). This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to our mission of helping those who need it most. It all begins with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Order merchandise from our warehouse or suppliers based on inventory levels and customer demand. Check product levels, expiration dates, and rotate stock. Occasionally conduct physical inventories.
• Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout counter, assisting customers with their product selections and processing payments via cash, SNAP, or WIC cards.
• Stocking & Merchandising: Unpack, stock, and organize shelves, racks, and bins with new merchandise to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness by routinely cleaning counters, shelves, floors, and bathrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
• Team Support: Assist the store manager and other team members with any other duties or tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

• Previous retail or store clerk experience is a plus
