Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a store associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment and assist customers with product questions and services. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, manage supplies, and support stockroom and omni channel fulfillment as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong service orientation, are able to multi-task, and are available days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 18+ and comfortable with basic math and computer use are required.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• No retail experience required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Attend to store customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Assist with cleaning duties across store areas and maintain a safe environment.
• Operate with Kohl’s tools and technology to support store team communication.
• Support stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed.
