Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Store Associate to assist the store team with daily tasks and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment. You will help stock, greet customers, and follow company guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced setting, lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, and flexibility for weekends or evenings. Training on safety, PCI processes, and store operations is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and monitor public areas of the location including fuel island, carwash, sitting/eating areas, coffee area and restrooms.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Stock store merchandise and coolers.
• Greet customers and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure proper execution of assigned programs and procedures.
