Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, etc.) following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Monitor and restock supplies, rotate chemicals, and store correctly.
• Complete required training for chemical use and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology to coordinate with the store team.
• Assist the operations team with product receiving, stockroom duties, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Adhere to safety policies and company guidelines.
