Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to store policies and loss prevention standards; support multiple areas as needed.
• Cross-train in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, and other areas to cover coverage needs.
• Communicate clearly with management and associates; uphold safety and labor policies.
