Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

1. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including operation of scrubbers and buffers.
4. Ensure organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across the store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
5. Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
6. Be cross-trained in other store areas such as Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
7. Support Front End coverage needs as required.
8. Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
9. Participate in store recovery activities as needed throughout the day.
10. Follow operational and loss prevention controls, including shrink reduction strategies.
11. Communicate effectively with management and associates.
12. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break periods.
13. Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
